Usk solitaire rules (1 deck of cards)<< Triplets | Variegated Canfield >>
Goal: Move out the aces when you can and build them up to king in the same suit.
Build the 10 piles of the layout down in alternating suit color. You can move a group of cards that are in sequence. Empty piles can be filled with a king.
1 redeal is allowed. All cards still in the layout are gathered and redealt without shuffling.
Variation of: Somerset
Difference: A group of cards that are in sequence can be moved. Only kings may be played to empty spaces. You get one redeal. The layout is flipped horizontally, a purely cosmetic change.
Usk is a small town north of Somerset county, England. It is located on the River Usk, which feeds the Bristol Channel separating it from Somerset.
