Shamrocks solitaire rules (1 deck of cards)<< Seven Up | Shifting >>
Goal: Move out the aces when you can and build them up to king in the same suit.
Build the 18 piles of the layout up or down in any suit. Only the top card of a pile may be moved. A pile may not contain more than 3 cards. Empty piles can not be filled.
During the deal, kings are moved to the bottom of the pile.
Also known as: Paddy's Delight, Three-Card Fan
The layout is the same as La Belle Lucie, but the rules are quite different. Early descriptions only move kings below a card of the same suit, and only build down in the layout, not up and down.
