Betsy Ross solitaire rules (1 deck of cards)<< Beleaguered Castle | Big Ben >>

Goal: An ace, two, three, and four are set out for display. A two, four, six, and eight are set out next to them. Build them up to king in any suit. Each pile builds in steps equal to the 'display' card, from 1 to 4, wrapping from king back to ace as necessary. The next card in each pile is the sum of the 2 cards showing. Jacks, Queens, and kings count as 11, 12, and 13.

Turn over one card at a time from the deck, playing the top card when you can.

2 redeals are allowed, returning the waste pile back to the deck.

This is much like Calculation with 1 waste pile rather than 4, and 2 redeals to compensate. It relies more on luck, but some skill can still change the final outcome.
