Strategy solitaire rules (1 deck of cards)<< Storehouse (Relaxed) | Streets >>
Goal: All 4 aces are set out. Build them up to king in the same suit, but not until the entire deck is played.
Turn over one card at a time from the deck, playing the top card to any of 8 waste piles. Once placed, cards can not be moved until the deck is exhausted.
Once the deck is empty, the top card of all 8 waste piles are available for play to the aces.
If the cards were placed carefully, they can all be cleared from the waste piles.
As the name implies, this game by Albert H. Morehead & Geoffrey Mott-Smith requires strategy, but not too much. Don't play a card to a waste pile if it buries a card of a lower rank in the same suit. Also try to assign each pile a small range of card ranks that are close together.
