Puss in the Corner (4 Cards) solitaire rules (1 deck of cards)<< Puss in the Corner | Putt Putt >>
Goal: All 4 aces are set out. Build them up to king in the same suit color.
Turn up 4 cards at a time from the deck and play them to any of 4 waste piles, regardless of rank or suit. All 4 cards must all be placed before making other moves. Once placed, cards can not be moved except to the ace piles.
One redeal is allowed, returning the waste piles back to the deck unshuffled.
The traditional layout places the aces in the middle, with the waste piles on an angle at each of the 4 corners, hence the name. Some may prefer to lay them out in a row, and spread out the cards to see the ones below.
Variation of: Puss in the Corner
Difference: Four cards are turned up at a time rather than one, and must all be placed before making other moves.
