Old Carlton solitaire rules (2 decks of cards)<< Odd and Even | Open Crescent >>
Goal: Move out the aces when you can and build them up to king in the same suit.
Build the 8 piles of the layout down in alternating suit color. Any number of cards from the top of a pile can be moved, regardless of rank or suit. Empty piles can be filled with anything.
Each time you are done making moves, deal one new card to the top of each pile.
Variation of: Carlton
Difference: Any group of cards can be moved, regardless of sequence.
This adds a "Yukon" flavor with the flexible movement of cards. The extra cards dealt to the layout become a benefit rather than a hindrance, tremendously increasing the chances of a winning game.
