Lady Palk solitaire rules (2 decks of cards)<< Lady Betty | Laggard Lady >>

Goal: Move out the aces when you can and build them up to king in the same suit.

Build the 8 piles of the layout down in any suit. Empty piles can be filled with a king.

You can move a group of cards if they match the build sequence.

Turn over 1 card at a time from the deck, playing the top card to other piles when you can.

Variation of: Diplomat

Difference: Only kings can play to empty piles, rather than any card. However, sequences of cards can be moved, so empty spaces are no longer required to move more than one card.

Tarbart states that only exposed end cards may be moved. He doesn't mention sequences. Without them, this would just be Rows of Four without the redeals. With sequences, this is a relaxing variation in that you're not struggling to empty out piles in order to move cards around.
