One deck of cards
Object: Play all cards to the foundation.
Tableau: 4 piles.
Only the waste can play to here.
You can play any card here regardless of rank or suit.
You can pick up and play the top card of a pile.
You can not play from the tableau while there are still cards in the waste.
Stock: Holds the 44 undealt cards.
Plays 4 cards face up to the waste.
The waste must be empty before the stock can play to it.
Waste: Discard pile.
Only the stock can play to here.
You can pick up and play the top card.
Foundation: 4 piles.
Each pile is dealt a base card.
Rank is built up. Cards must match the same suit color.
You can deal the cards again once.
The cards are collected from the tableau.
Variation of:
Auld Lang Syne
Difference:
The preferred layout forms a square with corners.
When the four cards are played from the stock, you can place each on any pile you wish.
The foundations are built by matching suit color rather than regardless of suit.
You get one redeal.
