Play a card to another card of the same rank. Cards can be any suit.
You can pick up and play the top card of a pile.

Stock: Holds the 43 undealt cards.
Plays one card face up to the waste.
The stock will automatically play to any empty tableau pile.

Waste: Discard pile.
Only the stock can play to here.
You can pick up and play the top card.
